Troubleshooting: USB connections
My device isn't recognized when I connect it to my computer

If your computer doesn't automatically detect your BlackBerry device, try the following:

• Check the USB cable and points of connection.
• Consider updating or installing the device drivers on your computer. When you connect your device to your computer,

your computer should automatically prompt you to install the latest drivers. Otherwise, the drivers you need are
installed when you download BlackBerry Link or BlackBerry Blend. To download BlackBerry Link, on your computer,
